What we run for you

Everything handled. Every day.

Listing
Built right, ranked right

First-time host? We set up the entire listing from scratch. Already live? We fine-tune title, copy, photos and amenities where the numbers say it pays — the difference between page one and page four.

Pricing
Rates set to the season

Weekly reviews, event and peak-season strategy, minimum-stay tuning. Most self-managed listings underprice December and overprice June.

Guests
Every message, answered fast

Enquiries, bookings, pre-arrival, in-stay support — 07:00 to 22:00, every day, under an hour to reply.

Turnovers
Cleaning, coordinated and checked

Your cleaning team or one of our vetted partners, scheduled around every stay and photo-verified before the next guest arrives.

Property
Issues caught, fixed, closed

Damage and maintenance are flagged at every turnover, assessed and documented, then repaired through trusted contractors — quoted to you upfront, approved by you, project-managed by us.

Reporting
One clear report a month

Revenue, occupancy, nightly rate, the month ahead, and one recommendation. No dashboards to decode.

Setup & extras

The physical details, sorted too.

Access
Key safe, supplied & fitted

A proper combination key safe at your entrance for seamless self-check-in — codes rotated between stays.

Security
Olarm smart-alarm guest access

We fit Olarm to your existing alarm system, then manage guest access for every stay — each guest gets app access matched to their exact dates, added at booking, removed at checkout.

Compliance
Fire-safety kit, fitted & in date

Serviced extinguisher, smoke detectors, fire blanket — supplied, installed and kept in service so your listing meets the standards now taking shape for Cape Town short-lets.

Every extra is quoted upfront at cost plus a flat 20% service fee — one line on your monthly statement, supplier invoice attached. No surprises, no markups hidden in the rate.

The part that matters

You see everything.

Your account

We work as a co-host on your own Airbnb listing — every message, booking and price change visible to you, live.

Your call

Repairs, upgrades and extras are quoted first and only happen on your approval. You're never surprised by an invoice.

Your exit

Thirty days' notice, any time, no penalties. We keep your business by earning it monthly.

“Log in whenever you like — the work should speak before we do.”

12%
Flat · of accommodation revenue

One number. It excludes cleaning fees and platform charges, and we invoice monthly in arrears — you're never paying for a month that hasn't happened.

Full-service agencies in Cape Town typically charge 14–25%. We charge less, and for first-time hosts the complete listing setup is included.

Founding clients
8% for your first three months. No setup fee.

The 2026 compliance question

Cape Town's short-let rules are tightening. Get ahead of them.

With the City's draft Short-Term Letting By-law and a national Code of Good Practice both on the table this year, the owners who'll come out ahead are the ones with clean paperwork and a safe, properly equipped unit. The essentials:

  • Written body corporate consent for short-term letting, on file
  • Insurance that knows your property is a short-let
  • Serviced fire extinguisher, smoke detector and evacuation info
  • Income records SARS-ready, independent of the platform

Our full one-page checklist is free to download — and if you'd rather not spend a Saturday on it, we'll sort the lot for you, quoted upfront.
